This group aims to enhance the impact of our collective efforts for the communities we serve.As Pou Tiaki Lead you will champion the principles of community led development through supporting and leading your team to build knowledge, trust, and confidence to deliver and enable the services and spaces people and groups need.We are looking for an experienced people leader to bring their insights and experience to lead our Pou Tiaki so they are effective and customer-focused in delivery and facilitation of services that:Connect people and groupsEnable activities that support wellbeingDeliver and enable the services people needOptimise our shared spaces and placesFoster a positive customer experience at every stage of the customer journeyAbout youYou'll bring previous experience working in a frontline, customer service position with a desire to provide exceptional service.
