Job Description Our farm is set on 230 Ha of flat land near Rolleston and only 30 mins fromChristchurch. We milk our 1000 beautiful cows through a modern 60-bail rotary.We are now seeking to find a great herd manager to slot into our existing friendly team of 3 girls and 3 boys. We all get along well so it's imperative to us that we find a person who is going to become one of us. Skill set is equally as important though so we will need you to have a minimum of 2 to 3 years NZ experience under your belt as you will be required to milk cows, drive a tractor, feed out, be able to detect and treat lame cows, mastitis. As we always say here there is no "I" in our team and being a good team player, have great communication skills, being passionate about building your career, a strong team player and being reliable are essential attributes. You must be able to ride 2- and 4-wheel motorbikes as well.We make sure everyone has a good work life balance.
