As they continue to grow and enhance their technological capabilities, they are seeking a Helpdesk Support Technician to join their dedicated team.
The role:
As a Helpdesk Support Technician, you'll be the first point of contact for IT issues, using their online ticketing system to triage and resolve problems. You'll troubleshoot a variety of technical issues, handle hardware and software setups, and support mobile device configurations. Your role will also involve training new staff on IT systems and assisting with onboarding and offboarding users. In addition, you'll support residential service communication setups, audit IT assets, and ensure health and safety compliance in everything you do.
Your Profile: We're looking for someone with Level 1 experience in a service desk environment who has a knack for solving problems and enjoys helping others. Strong communication skills are essential, as is the ability to document processes clearly and relay technical information to non-technical users. Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 administration A basic understanding of good data management practices would be an advantage.
