Job DescriptionWard 19 is a 22 bed unit providing inpatient care for people with a range of respiratory conditions.
You will be part of a busy diverse multi-disciplinary team and don't mind that the role can be at times physically demanding. There is lots of variety in our ward and great opportunities to develop your skills with comprehensive orientation and support by other members of the team.
Responsibilities You will be responsible for personal care including assisting patients with showering, feeding, making beds, general ward duties, patient watch, and ward stocking.
This role is located in Christchurch Hospital. Salary is based on the NZNO Nursing and Midwifery collective agreement.
