Each day, our interactions with our team and residents are guided by three values: Being There | In it Together | Look for a Way.Mo te turanga | About the roleWe are looking for a superstar self-starter - with a passion for health, safety, and wellbeing at work - to provide outstanding support to our National Health and Safety Manager and ensure a culture of best practice continues to flourish at Arvida.You will assist teams to understand our Health and Safety statistics and KPIs, ensure continual system improvement, and encourage participation in Health and Safety initiatives at all levels of the business.
