Part Time Application Closes: 20 Nov 2024 Location: Otago - Dunedin City Position: Healthcare Support Worker Role: You'll put your practical skills and compassion into supporting residents with everyday activities such as personal care, assistance at mealtimes, and general care duties that contribute to happier, healthier living at an Enliven home.
You will work hard, but there are few jobs that will give you the immense satisfaction of working for people who are grateful for your help and who contribute to an enriching working environment.
Hours: Permanent part-time; minimum 32 hours per week with a variety of shifts and days.

About You: The ideal applicant will: Be empathetic, compassionate, and patient.
Work well in a team.
Enjoy working alongside older people.
Be physically fit and strong.
Have enthusiasm and a sense of humour.
Experience in an aged care environment is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
Applicants who hold the National Certificate in Community Support Services, Foundation Skills or Core Competencies Level 3, or the Dementia Limited Credit Programme would have an advantage.
Health Care Assistants without formal qualifications will undertake study while working at St Andrews and we will help you with this.
