Head of Marketing | World-class Blockchain Infrastructure Objectives of this Role
Drive go-to-market strategy and execution for the company.
Ensure website and communication channels speak to our target audience and showcase the value proposition of the company.
Identify web3 market trends and collaborate with Research & Product teams to ensure the product roadmap aligns with user needs.
Define and own growth KPIs. Intimately understand levers for KPIs, create plans, and own meeting KPIs.
Collaborate on content creation for education initiatives for prospects and clients.
Play a role in the development of the company's roadmap and co-own the roadmap.
Own and strategize our content-publishing plan to create a unique, powerful, and consistent brand voice that helps us achieve our goals.
Plan and execute campaigns to drive measurable improvements in brand awareness, user acquisition, and community engagement.
Collaborate with tech, product, creative, business development, and community teams to integrate our brand narrative, product positioning, and messaging with all aspects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience in strategizing, planning, and executing a wide variety of marketing & growth initiatives for a technical audience.
1+ year of experience in the web3 and blockchain marketing space.
1+ year of experience leading and building marketing teams from scratch.
1+ year of PR experience, working with media channels for releases and announcements to achieve global outreach.
Ability to manage all digital/social channels, i.e., YT, Twitter, Discord, LinkedIn, necessary for growth.
Strong storytelling skills to drive overall narrative.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to act autonomously and take ownership of the team.
