We are currently looking for an exceptional Head Chef to join one of our High End Corporate Catering - Business and Industry sites in Wellington CBD . This is a Permanent Full Time Position rostered from Monday to Friday. Enjoy your weekends off!
We are kicking off an exciting new opportunity in 2025, with our 'Trust the Chef' menu. We are seeking a creative Head Chef who is willing to take the next leap in their career and deliver on an ever-changing menu where you can let your creativity run wild!
Our Chefs are at the very heart of what we do. Hundreds of thousands of people around New Zealand rely on us every day to provide their breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
You will be hard working, have a passion for great food and a friendly outgoing personality.
You will already have at least 5 years' proven work experience in a similar chef position from either a high-end restaurant or good quality hotel with relevant leadership experience.
You will hold food safety certificates (Unit Standard 167 and 168).
You will have experience and skill in modern cuisine and producing and presenting food to a high standard, with a strong emphasis on quality and presentation, while being a great communicator.
You will competently juggle multiple demands within a challenging environment.
Most importantly, you will demonstrate a passion for great food, customer service, and quality.
