We're looking for an experienced hammer hand to join our team and take on exciting residential, commercial, and civil projects.What We're Looking For:You'll need at least 3 years of experience on the tools in construction, along with a strong work ethic and the skills to get the job done.
Bonus points if you bring some of your own tools to the table!Your Key Duties Will Include:• Assisting carpenters with framing, cladding, and general construction tasks.• Safely and efficiently operating power tools.• Measuring, cutting, and assembling materials.• Maintaining clean and organized workspaces.• Helping with formwork, concreting, and other site-specific tasks.• Following health and safety guidelines to the letter.What You'll Need to Succeed:• Proven construction experience, particularly in residential, commercial, or civil projects.• Confidence using power tools (having some of your own tools is desirable).• The ability to pass a drug test and provide work-related references.• Be physically fit and able to handle the demands of a busy construction site.• A valid work visa or residency (NZ/AUS).What We're Offering:• A variety of exciting projects to keep your skills sharp.• A supportive team environment that values your expertise.• The chance to grow your construction career in the new year.Ready to hit the ground running?
