Te aheinga The opportunity You will be the point of contact for all hall operational matters and ensure the venue hirers expectations are met. This role would be ideal for someone who is in the local community/area of the Onuku Taipari Hall. The role is part time working 5 hrs per week. Tino takohanga Key responsibilities Coordinate bookings and be the point of contact for all customers who book the hall, including meeting them prior to their booking to ensure hall meets expectations and managing the key for the venue Check the hall and equipment after each booking to ensure it is in the same condition as it was beforehand and collect key from hirer Monitor and report on hall usage and any consumable requirements for replenishment Be the point of contact for maintenance matters, working alongside the facilities team for contractor engagement. Supply finance department relevant booking information to enable monthly invoicing. Ensure the hall is maintained and kept to a good clean standard Actively ensure that legislative requirements and Council policies and procedures are fulfilled, particularly in relation to all key relevant legislation.
