We are on the lookout for a talented Technical Support Specialist to join our Fisher & Paykel team! The role is responsible for providing top quality pre and post sales technical support for our Haier branded Air Conditioning products, with a hands-on approach to deliver a seamless experience to our customers. What You'll Do: Provide exceptional technical support for Haier Air Conditioning products to our customersTroubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfactionCollaborate with the product development team to communicate customer feedback and contribute to the improvement of Haier Air Conditioning productsManage and support installations and post-installation health checks to ensure we meet customer expectations, timelines, and standardsProven expertise in Haier Air Conditioning systems and technical supportExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex technical information for diverse audiencesStrong problem-solving approach and the ability to work with enthusiasm and skillA commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for providing top-tier technical support What You'll Bring: Proven technical service industry experience (5+ years)Developing and maintaining relationships both internally and externallyCertifications / Qualifications Required:Must have Electrical Practicing LicenceMust have a valid driver license and acceptable motor vehicle recordApproved Filler Licence (refrigeration)First Aid CertAcceptable site work cards In return, you'll get: Excellent development, growth and progression opportunitiesGenerous product discounts for yourself, friends & familyA fun, supportive and down-to-earth working environmentGreat leadership support What Next?
