Job Description
We have a Fixed Term opportunity until September 2025 for a Part Time Guest Service Agent!
Novotel Christchurch Cathedral Square is looking for a Guest Service Agent with a positive can-do attitude and passion for customer service to join our Front Office team.
You will perform check-ins, check-outs, take payments, attend to incoming calls and emails in a professional manner, and provide total customer satisfaction while complying with hotel health and security procedures. We are looking for an organized individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering consistent and high-quality customer service.
Your experience and skills include:
Experience in a similar role
Experience with Opera cloud system preferred
Flexibility to work various shifts - including weekends & public holidays
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Excellent communication skills with a warm and friendly personality
Knowledge of Hospitality or qualification in Hospitality preferred
