Job Description •Work shifts across Food & Beverage and Front Office departments on rotating roster •Lead, train and motivate team members across operation departments •Enthusiasm and commitment to deliver exceptional service •Ability to multitask with a can-do attitude •Excellent verbal and written communication skills •Ability to cope under pressure and handle guest complaints •A high standard of personal presentation Qualifications •Availability to work 4 x 10 hour shifts including weekends •Previous experience of 1 year or more in a supervisory or team leader role in a Front Office background or Food & Beverage background •Must hold a Current General Mangers certificate or ability to obtain •Knowledge of Opera, Opera Cloud or similar property operation system Additional Information The Novotel Rotorua Lakeside and ibis Rotorua Lakeside it's a dual branded complex hotel with 344 rooms located in central Rotorua.
Our two hotels include, Atlas Café & Restaurant and Clarkes Bar, ibis restaurant.
