Job Description GSA-Housekeeping
You are at the heart of the hotel! As a GSA-Housekeeping, you will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.
What you will be doing: Clean all assigned guestrooms to standardTake initiative to add a personalized experience for the guestTake ownership of guests' privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional serviceClean and maintain areas of responsibility according to standards and proceduresReplenish guest supplies and ensure that guests requests are promptly attended toReport damage or malfunction in hotel rooms/areas to SupervisorMaintain equipment in a proper state of cleanlinessMaintain a section room report as well as a daily productivity reportQualifications Your experience and skills include:
