You will be part of Fonterra Oceania, formed in May 2024, which merged the Fonterra Brands New Zealand (FBNZ) and Fonterra Australia operations, aimed at enhancing our competitive position in the trans-Tasman dairy market. The integration of Fonterra Brands New Zealand (FBNZ) and Fonterra Australia (FBA) builds on similarities to outperform the competition, create scale and synergies, and will strengthen our competitive edge. This role will join a team that helps to build an even stronger trans-Tasman dairy business with reach across Oceania and beyond.

Reporting to the Marketing & Innovation Director (Oceania), this is an exciting opportunity to champion Fonterra's beverages portfolio, one of our largest categories, including iconic brands like Anchor, Primo, and Mammoth, across New Zealand and Australia. In addition to this you will:
Drive transformational growth for Anchor taking full ownership of its success across all categories.
Unlock untapped potential in Australia by launching innovative strategies that drive local engagement and market share for our beverages portfolio.
Cultivate a deep consumer understanding, exploring insights and opportunities across multi-market dynamics to bring bold, fresh approaches to marketing.
Lead a high-performing marketing team and drive cross-functional collaboration, challenging norms with curiosity and a growth mindset.
Manage agency partnerships to execute high-impact marketing campaigns.

You are a visionary marketing leader who thrives on innovative problem-solving and growth, ready to bring big ideas to life. In addition to this you will have:
15+ years in senior marketing experience, with proven success in market transformation and unlocking new growth potential.
A bold, consumer-centric mindset, with a knack for innovation and challenging the status quo.
Demonstrated ability to connect marketing performance to business outcomes across diverse markets.
An energetic and courageous approach, you embrace fresh challenges and have a passion for meaningful, relationship-driven marketing.
Proven success in building high-performance teams, fostering accountability, and driving top-tier performance.
