The role is integral to that.We are currently seeking a Group Administrator - Environmental Services.
In this role you will play an important role in managing administration and support required to assist the Environmental Services group to achieve their objectives.
The Environmental Services portfolios includes liquor licensing, food registrations, Health Act 1956 licensing and bylaws compliance and animal control.
You'll assist with the development and implementation of administration processes and procedures to ensure they reflect industry best practice and be focused on providing a quality service to the team.The ideal candidate will have:Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably with some of that time spent in local government.Customer service experience – internal, external, face-to-face, written, and phone.Good knowledge of document management and filing to maintain information integrity and access.Advanced user of Microsoft Office suite.An understanding of financial processes.Experience working within a legislative and regulatory framework.If you're passionate about making a difference and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you!Applicants must be eligible to work in NZ, with no restrictions.If you have any questions prior to submitting your application, contact Mai Griffiths on ******.
