This is a rare opportunity to be the 2IC within a function at an ultra-high growth business. You'll step into a newly created role where you'll have a ton of learning opportunities and where your contributions will be instrumental in Tracksuit's global success and growth.As our Group Accountant, you will be responsible for:Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and implement best practices and leverage tech stack to optimise efficiency in financial operations.Month-End Close & Financial Reporting: Owning the end-to-end month-end process for multiple entities (NZ, AU, US, UK), and ensuring timely preparation of management reports, providing insights to support decision-making.Accounts Payable: Managing the accounts process, entering and managing bills in Xero; submitting these for approval, preparing and prioritising payment runs to ensure adherence to payment terms and maintaining proper documentation.Payroll: Managing payroll processes across multiple entities using iPayroll, CloudPayroll, and Insperity, ensuring timely and accurate payroll calculations, including bonuses and deductions, preparing variance reports for payroll-related discrepancies.Reconciliation & Bookkeeping: Reconcile bank accounts and debit cards for all entities, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded in Xero, maintain proper documentation for all transactions and follow up on missing receipts, and handle inter-company transactions and ensure correct reconciliation across entities.That's the role, so who are you?You'll have at least 3 years experience in accounting or related role - you 'get' it - ideally from one of the Big 4 (or Top 10 firm experience) with a focus on tech clients.
