Grocery & Dairy Assistants - New World MosgielGrocery & Dairy Assistants – New World Mosgiel Full Time & Part Time Positions Available We are looking for efficient workers with excellent customer service skills who are keen to join our grocery or dairy teams as Grocery & Dairy Assistants.
You must be available to work during the day which may be at short notice to help cover sickness and leave in our Grocery and Dairy departments.
You must also be fully available to work through December and January with no upcoming holidays planned.
You will be working with a committed and motivated team who prides themselves on the quality produce and excellent service we offer our customers here at New World Mosgiel.
Hours of work: POSITION 1 – Full Time Grocery Assistant Tuesday 7am – 3:30pm
Thursday 7am – 3:30pm
Sunday 12pm – 8:30pm
32 hours per week total
POSITION 2 – Part Time Dairy Assistant Monday 8am – 5:30pm
Saturday 9:30am – 7pm
18 hours per week total
POSITION 3 – Part Time Grocery & Dairy Assistant Sunday 7am – 3:30pm (Grocery)
12 hours per week total
POSITION 4 – Part Time Grocery Assistant Thursday 4:30pm – 8:30pm
Saturday 7am – 3:30pm
12 hours per week total
Your main duties will include: Providing excellent customer service and assisting with customer enquiriesShelf fillingEnsuring shelves and displays meet required presentation standardsDate checking and stock rotationAssist with all other duties that form part of the Grocery or Dairy departmentsCleaningMaintaining Health & Safety and Food Safety standards at all timesHere's what you'll need: Be able to work unsupervisedHigh presentation standards and good attention to detailBe reliableHave a good work ethicEnjoy being busy and able to work well under pressureBe able to work at least one weekend dayFlexibility to work extra shifts when requiredWork well in a team environmentPhysically fit as there is repetitive heavy lifting involvedWhat's in it for you?
