Description Grants Administrator (Parental Leave Cover) - 12-Month Fixed term
Tauhara North No 2 Trust is a successful Maori owned organisation, delivering a wide range of services to our owners & their whanau living throughout New Zealand. We also invest in Geothermal, Farming, Horticultural and Tourism.
We are looking for an exceptional Administrator to join the Grants team covering Parental Leave in providing professional administration support and customer care that contributes to the smooth and efficient delivery of the grants and initiatives to Trust whanau.
The role is varied and requires someone who can put their hand to a range of administrative tasks.
Qualifications Excellent customer service and phone skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Well organised with a high level of accuracy
Competent in the use of Microsoft suite
Can work collaboratively in a team environment
Knowledge of Te Reo and Maori organisations would be an advantage
Tauhara North No.2 Trust has a zero tolerance to drugs and both pre-employment testing and police checks are a condition of employment.
