Whether you aspire to be a Teaching Assistant (TA), Cover Supervisor, Learning Support Assistant (LSA), Exam Invigilator, or Supply Teaching Assistant (Supply TA), you can become an essential part of our client schools' community.Responsibilities:Support classroom teachers in delivering lessons, assist with student learning, and provide one-on-one support where needed.Manage classrooms during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged and on task.Work closely with students who have special educational needs, helping them to achieve their full potential.Supervise students during exams, ensuring a fair and orderly environment.Step in to support various classrooms as needed, providing flexibility and assistance across the school.Requirements:A degree in any discipline or relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 2 or 3, NVQ, or equivalent is desirable but not mandatory.Passion for education and working with young people.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Flexibility and adaptability to different roles and responsibilities.Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).GSL Education are an independent and ethical recruitment provider, supporting schools across Bournemouth with their recruitment needs.Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection and that successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks including an enhanced DBS on the update service.
