About the role: We have an awesome opportunity to start your career in Civil Construction learning from the ground up, with our award-winning construction team. Based out of our Dunedin office you will be working on a variety of Three Waters, Sub-division, Roading and Earthworks projects across the Otago Region.
After initially gaining valuable practical experience by working with field crews on the ground, your focus will then be supporting our Project Managers while working closely with clients and consultants, Isaac crews & staff, subcontractors and suppliers, and local stakeholders, developing your skills to progress towards a Project Engineer/Manager.
You will be supported and trained in construction contract management, people management and leadership, financial training and, in a growing company, opportunities for progression are plentiful!
What you bring to the role: A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a keen desire to learn.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with both internal teams and external stakeholders.Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively across multiple tasks and projects.The ability to roll your sleeves up and work hard!In Return, We Offer: Joining the Isaac Construction family means securing your place in a vibrant and supportive work environment.
