Grader Operator

We are seeking an experienced Grader Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, with specific expertise in GPS machine control and a thorough understanding of pavement construction.

Key Responsibilities: Operate a grader with GPS machine control to a high level of accuracy.
Demonstrate a high level of competency in the construction of pavements, ensuring quality and precision at all stages.
Finish pavements to meet all test requirements and industry standards.
Lead and direct a compaction and finishing team, ensuring the safe and efficient completion of tasks.
Ensure health and safety standards are met and adhered to at all times.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to grading and pavement construction.
Minimum Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience as a grader driver, with a focus on GPS machine control.
In-depth knowledge of pavement construction techniques and requirements.
Ability to finish a pavement to a high standard, ensuring compliance with test and quality requirements.
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to direct and motivate a team.
High standard of commitment to health and safety on site.
