This includes publishing of new articles and pages and scheduling promotions as part of a client delivery plan.User Communications – Using provided templates (eg. templates we have created using MailChimp), create and send monthly newsletters and promotional emails which encourage participants to engage with their program.Challenge Delivery – Using our sophisticated online wellbeing challenge platform, set up, promote and deploy challenges and modules to motivate participants to live well.Reporting – Collate and deliver key reports for clients that help to demonstrate the engagement levels and positive impact of their program.Support Functions – Manage a customer support inbox, assist in the ongoing development of FAQ documents, and manage prize/reward distribution for participants.Projects – Contribute (and at times lead) towards key projects when needed.We're looking for someone that:Has a proven track record in administration / coordination.Is a fast learner and thrives in a fast-paced environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking and always being agile.Builds strong, professional customer relationships based on trust and integrity.Manages their time effectively, is accurate and has excellent workload prioritisation skills.Follows agreed processes and has an eye for making process improvements where needed.Experience using Excel, MailChimp and Trello would be advantageous.This will be an extremely rewarding role for someone who wants to be part of a team that has a positive impact on the lives of a large number of people both near and afar.If you are interested in joining our team, please submit a one-page cover letter explaining why you feel that you would be ideal for this role as well as your CV via the Seek process below.We are looking for people who want this role and to work with us.
