About the role
We at The Fono Trust are looking for someone really wanting to make a difference in the community as a General Practitioner in our South Auckland practice.
GPs are well supported within The Fono's integrated model of care – FonoCare. It provides a full range of primary health with outreach services and specialist and community nurses, on-premises mental health clinicians, a well child group, dental, public health, and social services. All working with our GPs to provide a very special range of services for our patients and their families.
Both roles are part-time up to full-time roles and can be contractor or employee. The package will be worked out with you. Location is in Manurewa which is easily accessible from west/central/south.
Days are Mon, Tues (or as many additional days as you want). We can design the hours and remuneration offer to suit you. Join the Pacific organisation innovating in health.

What you will need for this GP position is NZMC registration as GP, a desire to work in a practice really appreciating what you can contribute and being keen to be part of making a difference for Pacific people.
