You will be responsible for leading and growing the performance and achievement of the strategic, operational, and financial objectives of the Versatile business through the effective partnering and support of the extensive National Franchise network. By building on its successful market presence and highly trusted brand, you will lead a customer focused and results-oriented business to continue its growth and innovation journey.Your Skills and ExperienceTo succeed in this role, you will be able to demonstrate successful and effective business and sales leadership experience with an understanding of the franchise environment. You will be creative, innovative, and able to build strong internal and external relationships, while delivering results. You will build an effective, high-performing team and franchise network and a culture that encourages people to contribute, achieve and develop their talents.
