Funeral Assistant

John Rhind Funeral Directors are seeking professional, service-focused individuals to join our team as Funeral Assistants. Two roles are being offered, both full-time. One role is based on a Monday to Friday week, with rostered after-hours duties, and the other is Sunday-Thursday with rostered after-hours duties. The roles are both based in our Christchurch Funeral Home but will involve working across multiple venues.Experience in Funeral Service is not necessary, but a background in customer service roles will be an advantage. This is a rare opportunity to join a professional, dedicated team, helping deliver excellent funeral service to our client families.A clean driver's license, the willingness to work on our roster, and the ability to handle the physical demands of the role are essential and non-negotiable.
