Food & Beverage Attendant

Scenic Hotel Group – Auckland, North Island
Location: 380 Queen Street, Auckland CBD
Employment Type: Part-Time, Permanent position.
Hours of Work: Guaranteed a minimum of 20 hours per week, on a rotating roster, including weekends from Monday - Sunday.
Wage Rate: Starting from $25 per hour
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Greet and engage with guests, providing an exceptional dining experience.
Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and beverages to guests.
Assist customers with menu selections and cater to special requests or dietary requirements.
Clear tables and return dishes to the kitchen.
Collect payments from sales and operate the point of sale system and cash register.
Recommend wines and beverages to complement food.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
At least 1 year experience in a similar hospitality role.
Barista or bar experience would be an advantage!
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Flexibility to work morning and evening shifts including weekends.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
