Food & Beverage Attendant

Taipa Beach Resort, nestled on the picturesque Doubtless Bay, offers a unique blend of serene beachside relaxation and easy access to Northland's attractions. Guests can unwind by the beach or pool and explore nearby historic sites, scenic walks, and cultural experiences just moments away.
This resort provides a wide array of accommodations, including studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, amounting to a total of 32 bedrooms. Moreover, it features a vibrant conference and events venue.
As a Food & Beverage attendant, you will play a crucial role in presenting our food and beverage facilities in the best light. You will be responsible for carrying out daily restaurant, bar and conference service, and maintaining the high standards of customer service that Capstone is known for.
We have multiple positions available including Part time and Casual.
Responsibilities: Monitoring table reservations
Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and food quality.
Uphold the restaurant's policies and procedures.
Follow the supply of Alcohol Act.
Knowledgeably present menu options and provide recommendations to guests.
Provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and workstations.
Experience: Prior experience in Food & Beverage.
Previous experience in a customer service.
Ability to think on your feet and work by yourself.
NZ resident or applicable Visa.
