This role will be worked Sunday and Monday 9.30am - 6pm.Reporting to the Retail Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing sales and profit within this department through delivering excellent merchandising, stock control, and customer service.To be successful in this position you will:Be confident, approachable, and easy to talk to;Have an eye for retail and a passion for customer service excellence;Have a willingness to learn;Be committed to go above and beyond;Be health and safety conscious;Be physically fit.We are looking for someone with proven experience in sales. Knowledge of flooring would be an advantage but is not essential. Experience in a retail environment and product knowledge relevant to the area of responsibility would be a significant advantage. Excellent time management skills are a must, as well as the ability to prioritise and get things done in a busy retail operation.
