About the role:
We are looking for a Fleet Customer Support person to join our team in this integral role.
Responsibilities of the role include (but aren't limited to):
Forecasting/planning for upcoming & budgeted work, maintenance and overhaul
Managing minimum stock levels
Stock re-ordering (running weekly min reports)
Month end preparation in collaboration with finance reporting
CPI updates on parts and yearly lease requirements
Stock transfers/replenish (transfers from other locations & replenishment of parts used)
Regular reporting of parts and logistics performance via parts feedback, customer reports.
Maintain an up-to-date live data reporting format of spare parts for customer (MS Teams/Excel etc)
About You:
Your customer service skills are second to none, you understand the importance of customer relationships and go above and beyond every time. Your purchasing experience will be vast and you will be used to a parts environment. You will need to be confident in your abilities and have the following:
Strong influencing skills, able to develop influence strategies and use a variety of techniques to deliver a desired outcome
Analytical skills with the ability to identify key points from complex material or information and lead on knowledge sharing effectively
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
Excellent written and oral communication skills and able to communicate and negotiate with a wide range of people and organisations at all levels with tact and diplomacy
A proven ability to establish excellent working relationships with operational staff and to operate as part of a team.
Ability to work in a team, to ensure that we deliver our promise to the customers.
A very high level of attention to detail and able to achieve exceptionally high levels of accuracy
