Pet Doctors - Palmerston North Palmerston North, Manawatu-Whanganui Fixed Term Contract (Part time) RR-7102 With one of our fabulous Vets growing their family, Pet Doctors Palmerston North have an amazing opportunity for a Small Animal Vet to join our team on a Fixed Term November 2024 - July 2025.
At Pet Doctors Palmerston North, we have a great team of Vets, experienced Nurses, and dedicated support staff you will work alongside.
We pride ourselves on delivering high standards of care and exceptional customer service.
Our clinic cat, Blackie, keeps the dogs in line and is very good at fooling team members into believing she has not been fed.
About the Role & Clinic: Part time role - flexibility to discuss exact hours and days - Approx 20 hours per week + 1:4 Saturday - no Sundays, public holidays or on-call.
100% Small Animal – balance of consults and surgery.
Working alongside an experienced team of Vets and Nurses.

What we are looking for: BVSc qualified (or equivalent) and registered, or eligible to register to practice in New Zealand.
2+ years experience as a Small Animal Vet - comfortable with consults and routine surgery.
NZ work rights required - Open to Vets on a Working Holiday visa.
