Tradestaff is currently seeking an experienced and skilled Maintenance Fitter to join our team in Hawkes Bay!

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble, install and maintain machinery and mechanical systems according to specifications and drawingsPerform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery to keep it in good working conditionComplete fabrication to parts and components where necessary.Read and interpret technical drawingsTest and calibrate machinery to ensure operations are correctCollaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and address any mechanical challenges
Requirements:
Proven experience as a FitterNew Zealand Certificate in Mechanical Engineering (Level 4) is highly advantageousStrong understanding of mechanical systems, technical drawings, and assembly proceduresAbility to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve mechanical issues effectivelyExcellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintain high level of health and safetyAt minimum, a New Zealand restricted license AND your own vehicleThe right to live and work in New Zealand
