We are looking for a Fitness Trainer to join our team at Sir William Jordan Recreation Centre and Onehunga War Memorial Pool. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their Fitness Career.
This role is responsible for running the gym floor and will include member consultations, programming and movement coaching.
What will you be doing? Prescribe and demonstrate exerciseGenerate a vibrant and inclusive environmentProactively engage with members on the gym floorEnsure healthy and safe practices are followedMember consultations, program shows & reviewsKPI include: Promotion of our centre to prospective members to meet monthly sales targetsOwnership of retention: minimize cancellations and increase referrals through member engagementWhat experience/skills do you need?
