Contract/TempThe Finance Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the financial health of the organization by managing financial planning, analysis, reporting, and budgeting processes. This individual will work closely with the board to provide strategic financial insights, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain strong internal controls. The Finance Manager will also lead the preparation of financial reports, oversee cash flow management, and identify opportunities for cost optimization and risk mitigation.As a key member of the finance team, the Finance Manager will be responsible for implementing and maintaining financial policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting business decisions with data-driven insights.Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning and reporting of budgets and forecastingOversee all payroll functions and ensure all payroll has been done in a timely mannerManage risk and advise the board of any risksBuild and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external relationshipsKey SkillsWorks as an effective team playerDemonstrates initiativeEffective written and oral communicationDelegates work appropriatelyTakes ownership of tasks and deliveryQualificationsExperience: At least 2-3 years experience in a senior account roleEducation: Relevant qualification in Accounting/FinanceSkills:Advanced understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365Experience in management accounting in an FMCG industryHave experience working with a governance boardStrong understanding of managing information system functions and other line management experience
