Rutherford & Bond Toyota is a market leading vehicle dealership where we pride ourselves on doing the simple things well and making it easy for our customers to do business with us. We're looking for a Finance & Insurance Consultant to complement our experienced and successful Vehicle Sales department at our Kapiti Branch. We're looking for a determined and ambitious candidate who is prepared to confidently identify and promote our products in order to drive sales, all while providing a great customer experience! The main responsibilities of the role are: Maximise Gross Per vehicle sold to meet company KPIs Meeting with all customers at the point of sale, carrying out the appropriate sales and finance documentation. Looking after all customers finance enquiries Offering and promoting to all customers the full range of Toyota Financial Services products Achieving or preferably exceeding budgeted targets Always meeting deadlines Providing all customers with a great customer experience. The successful applicant will have the following attributes: Experience in sales is advantageous but not crucial Accuracy and quality focused Demonstrates excellent initiative and ability to operate in a fast-paced and challenging environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills combined with excellent phone manner Competency with numbers and dealing with a large number of documents Good networking skills and ability to interact with a wide variety of customers Self-motivated and able to make the role your own with a desire for professional development and advancement within the company Experience as a Business Manager or Finance & Insurance consultant is desirable On Offer: Competitive remuneration package Drive car with a monthly fuel allowance Staff discounts & opportunities for career development Ongoing training and development in conjunction with Toyota New Zealand A friendly, supportive, and fun team environment Saturday work is required; however, we run a fair rotating roster.
