We are looking for a Finance Business Partner with a proactive mindset to strengthen grant acquisition and financial management of the grant portfolio, improving financial tracking systems, and aligning financial strategies with World Vision's international development programme goals. The Finance Business Partner will help maximize the value obtained from donor funds bringing strong financial analysis and insight skills. Collaborative team player able to build strong relationships. Systems thinker, enjoy improving finance processes and systems. Able to rapidly evolve finance ways of working to meet strategic shifts in the business. Provide financial analysis and insight that business leaders value for decision making. Experience at systematising reporting for varied external stakeholders. Experience in a complex, large organisation desired. Must have a degree in Commerce, Business or relevant field.
