From management accounting and financial analysis to monitoring projects, you'll be our go-to expert for all things finance.Key Responsibilities:Build, maintain and evolve financial models to inform business decision making.Conduct comprehensive financial analyses and prepare insightful reports.Provide insights for projections, uncovering opportunities, potential challenges, and strategic advantages.Perform general ledger maintenance, including journal entries and reconciliations.Conduct payroll reviews, analysis and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders across the business to optimise forecasting and budget management.Provide backup support for a range of finance functions such as fixed asset management and accounts payable.The Ideal Candidate:Holds a tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Has 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.Is highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query.Possesses strong attention to detail and analytical skills.Enjoys solving complex financial challenges and deriving actionable insights.Has excellent communication skills to explain financial concepts to non-finance colleagues.Has a desire to continue learning and evolving as part of a dynamic industry.Solid knowledge of accounting principles and processes.If you're a finance professional looking for a role where you can apply your skills to drive business success, we would love to hear from you.
