Responsibilities: Ensure outstanding service delivery of factory Supply Chain at minimum cost-to-serve.
Manage and develop factory supply chain teams.
Ensure achievable production scheduling and minimize production costs.
Coordinate material management planning for timely and cost-effective availability of raw and packaging materials.
Oversee warehousing operations and accurate inventory management.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
Monitor and manage safety, health, environment, quality, and CARE regulations.
Collaborate with peer factory Supply Chain managers to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
Develop careers, succession plans, and provide coaching for supply chain personnel.
Communicate downstream needs to instil customer service orientation within the plant's organisation.
Skills and Experience: Supervisory experience in manufacturing, industrial performance, demand & supply planning, warehousing, inbound material management, or production planning.
Beneficial to have experience in LEAN, 6 Sigma, or 5S processes, finance, transports, or procurement operations.
Advantageous to have experience in managing projects such as High-Performance Logistics.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, including non-financial professionals.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve financial goals.
