What this opportunity involves: As the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal service delivery is provided in the day-to-day operations across our client portfolio. You will oversee the coordination of facilities management services, including ad hoc maintenance, fire and mechanical/electrical support, and the help desk function. An Overview of the role:  Coordinate the facilities management service, following environmental safety guidelines Manage reactive maintenance requests through the Customer Experience Centre (CXC) Deliver ongoing performance and compliance reporting to stakeholders Ensure services and activities are in line with budget and reporting requirements Maintain continuity of property services with minimum disruption to business operations Conduct monthly audits and review reports Comply with all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures Work in partnership with the team to align the long-term portfolio strategy with company objectives Serve as a key interface between the company and the Supplier Customer Experience Centre Monitor KPIs and ensure contractual compliance Conduct contractor procurement in compliance with procurement policies Manage ongoing performance of contractors Manage escalations and evaluate vendor/contractor management Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for: Proven experience in facilities management, property management, hospitality, or related field Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements Familiarity with critical facilities and vendor management for specialized services Basic technical knowledge of property systems (Computer Room Air-conditioning, Fire Protection system, etc.) Strong understanding and interpretation skills of commercial contracts Excellent budget management and financial analysis skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proactive and self-motivated with a can-do attitude Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Experience working in critical environments is preferred What you can expect from us: You'll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
