Mo te tunga | About the role Your role will be to work alongside people with a disability or long-term health need, who are seeking paid employment and/or looking to leave school into the next phase of their lives. Your responsibilities will include:
Working one-on-one with people with disabilities or long-term health need to seek employment.Working with young people with disabilities planning to leave school and seeking assistance on navigating the next steps.Establishing and maintaining positive relationships - with the people choosing our services, your colleagues, potential employers, local community and other social and disability services.Nou te rourou | What's in it for you?
