Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Salesperson to join our Pennine windows team. In this role, you will receive a Basic Salary which will rise according to your success and development within the team, along with usual Employed benefits, although we will consider self-employed candidates also. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. You will be part of a working rota which will cover 4-hour sessions both day and evening and weekends, giving adequate time off across night and weekends. Covering appointments that are pre-qualified between 10am and finishing at 9pm on some evenings. Pay rates and bonuses will reflect this commitment. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs through effective questioning. Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the products offered to provide accurate information and recommendations. Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately. Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment. Keep the sales area organised and visually appealing to attract customers. Experience Previous experience in a sales role is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Basic computer skills for managing sales records and customer information. A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
