Export Sales And Logistics Administrator

Primary objectives
Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for Export Cherry Sales Administration duties and assisting the Sales Team and Packhouse Manager  Key Task
Duties & Responsibilities may include some or all of the following:
Data entry. You will be working with our systems to enter sales data, so attention to detail is required. BCTI and sales invoice entry. Ensuring that data matches what has been dispatched and sold. Generating daily reports as and when required by the Sales and Marketing team. Palletisation. You are responsible for printing, placing, and recording pallets. Making sure that the pallets have the correct information on them, stickered correctly. Dispatching. Correct paperwork is with each dispatch. Check also that the correct pallets are on the right truck. CHEP. Action any disputes and conduct data analysis if and when required. Stock take. An end-of-season stock take of all packaging that is in store. Any other sales administration required by the Sales team. Health and Safety. Adhering to all company health and safety policies.  Act at all times under NZ Cherry Corp. culture and vision, including actively encouraging NZ Cherry Corp values internally and externally. Your other responsibilities may include any other duties that we reasonably require you to do to support the Sales team. We may change your duties from time to time to reflect the changing requirements of your position and the business. As this is a seasonal job (Dec to Feb), there is a requirement to work 7 days a week.
