Get access to unlimited learning and development opportunities Join a collaborative and innovative team who are always looking to make an impact that matters to our environment, people and clientsWhat will your typical day look like?About the team and the roleWe are looking for an experienced project, programme and portfolio (P3M) delivery specialist to support the strategy and growth of the Auckland P3M community.The successful candidate will be responsible for the shaping and delivery of engagements across Deloitte’s broad client base to meet their desired outcomes.Typical engagements include; Delivery of complex end to end projects, programmes, portfolios or PMO’s on behalf of Deloitte or its clients; Advisory in relation to implementation, adoption or improvement of P3M related methodologies and effective delivery techniques; Consulting, assessment and assurance of projects, programmes or portfolios to review pre-commencement readiness or in-flight delivery, through to conclusion and post implementation review.Enough about us, let’s talk about youYou are someone with experiences in:Service Delivery Has full responsibility at the delivery level for human resources, finance, reporting, planning, contract management and project delivery Full responsibility to maintain and continuously improve high quality service standards for internal and external clients Contribute to the development and growth of the service offering and always operate to best practice standards Consistent compliance with quality management systems and with project audits Lead and participate in project tendering, briefing, negotiations and appointment of project consultants on behalf of Deloitte and our clients as requiredPeople Be a leader who promotes a strong team culture and good communication Ensuring all team members are fully effective in their roles, and are engaged in ongoing development through training Regular support with clear direction for team members, as well as annual personal development reviews Support recruitment of new team membersClients Actively manages high quality client delivery and nurtures ongoing relationships Build personal networks to develop new business from existing and desired clients Leads teams to positively represent the company to the client and external stakeholders Works with the management team to identify, tender for and secure new businessQualifications 5-10 years’ project management experience across Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid delivery methodologies Proven ability to lead business development activities Professional attitude to work, business and appearance Takes on a leadership role across a number of simultaneous projects Experience in management and development of employees Preferred ERP, eCommerce and SDLC experienceNext StepsSound like the sort of role for you?
