Experienced Legal Executive – Conveyancing Team

We are seeking an Experienced Legal Executive to join our dynamic and growing Conveyancing Team. If you have a passion for property law, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy delivering exceptional service to clients, we would love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Manage a wide range of conveyancing transactions, including residential and commercial property sales and purchases (experience in rural conveyancing is a bonus).Handle property transfers and other property-related legal matters (experience with subdivisions is a bonus).Provide clients with expert guidance through the property transfer process.Manage the preparation and administration of wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.Draft and review legal documentation relating to property transactions.Liaise with clients, financial institutions, and other professionals to ensure a smooth process from start to finish.Key Requirements:A Legal Executive qualification (New Zealand Diploma in Legal Executive Studies or equivalent).At least 3+ years of experience working as a Legal Executive within a conveyancing team.Expertise in wills, trusts, and estate administration.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Excellent communication and client relationship skills.A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently.What We Offer:Competitive salary package.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for professional development and growth.A chance to work with a wide range of property transactions, including rural properties.If you are looking to advance your career in a reputable law firm, we encourage you to apply.
