Location: North AucklandPay Rate: $28 - $30 per hour (depending on experience)Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday (with potential for overtime)Benefits:Competitive pay ratesOpportunities for career advancementSupportive team environmentHoliday Pay + ACC Claim + KiwiSaver Membership benefitsResponsibilities:Measure, cut and install glass according to specifications and blueprintsUtilize a variety of tools and techniques to ensure precise fitting and installationCollaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and quality standardsAlways adhere to safety protocols and regulationsMandarin speaker - preferredAluminium Joinery experience - preferredDetermining size and type of glass required by customers, making templatesMeasuring and cutting glass to fit an area and removing any broken glass before installationFixing glass with notched tools and glass pliersInstalling and replacing glass in almost any environment from homes, skyscrapers and display cases to special surfaces like ceilings and storefrontsGrinding and polishing edges of glassesOther relevant job duties notified by the employerQualifications:Proven experience as a glazier, preferably in a manufacturing settingStrong knowledge of glass cutting, fitting and installation techniquesAttention to detail and commitment to delivering high quality workmanshipAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver's license and reliable transportationPlease note that you must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand and some sites may require pre-employment Drug & Alcohol tests.Please click Apply Now to apply for this role or to register your interest.
