You will be motivated and result-driven.You might be asked to work across the country to assist our projects, so flexibility on work locations is preferred.The Process Work/Machine Operator is responsible for:Operation of aluminium extrusion, processing and manufacturing machinery and equipmentWarehousing and stock controlOrder picking, packing and processingPacking and dispatch of raw, semi, and finished goods.Powder coating, surface finishing, anodising, and/or fabrication and assembly of parts.Operation, monitoring and general maintenance of powder coating and chemical treatment plantsOperation of general aluminium processing equipment such as CNCs, Thermal Breaking lines, punch presses, and saws.Onsite installation of aluminium structures and claddingGeneral cleaning and maintenance of workplace to maintain standardsSkills and experience required:Preferably a minimum of 1 year relevant experience or qualification equivalent to NZQF level 2 or 3. However, we accept any candidates who have minimal industrial experience and are willing to learn.Friendly, with good time management, and an excellent work ethic are essentialA commitment to learning and developing your skills within the industrySound knowledge of Health and Safety proceduresReliable and hardworkingPay Conditions:Min $27.76 per hour to a maximum of $30 per hourHours of work:Minimum 30 hours of work is guaranteedLocation:You may be required to work in multiple locations throughout New Zealand including Auckland, Northland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Hawkes Bay, Taranaki, Gisborne, Whanganui-Manawatu, Wellington, Marlborough, Nelson-Tasman, Canterbury, West Coast, Otago and Southland.This role will be permanent and full-time.
