This role is about more than just managing food production and presentation throughout the hotel. It's where you will set the direction for delicious seasonal menus, reflect on global food trends and develop the next generation of passionate food professionals. It will suit you if you thrive on creative freedom, can demonstrate your ability to manage all the practical aspects of a professional 4 star+ kitchen and want a leadership role with a future. Conferencing experience with large numbers and the ability to create menus within this avenue is a key component to this position.
It's important you have high end hotel experience and are flexible for shifts that include weekends.
