What will you be doing?
Diary and correspondence management
Meeting coordination
Meeting minutes
Drafting of papers/reports
Proactively managing stakeholder relationships
Administrative support service to tier 3 managers
Providing high quality leave and backup cover to Executive Officers
Potential cover in these areas when needed
Facilities management
PDP management
Reception
Meeting room and kitchen management
Visitor care
Procurement and management of office supplies
What I am looking for from you?
You must have experience in an Personal Assistant or Executive assistant role
Ensure knowledge and understanding of Health, Safety and Wellbeing.
Proven strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
Having the attitude to problem solve
An earlier background in customer service
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
