As our Executive and Support Coordinator, you will provide executive support to the Director, Strategy and Governance.
You will also facilitate the smooth running of the Fisheries New Zealand Business Unit by providing a wide range of general administrative support services and acting as a key liaison for relevant MPI corporate systems and processes.
The core responsibilities of the role include : Diary management and general administrative support to the Director and other Directors as required Support for FNZ meetings and events, including logistics and secretariat services Travel coordination for staff Procurement functions, including goods receipting and contract processing Assisting with the on-boarding and off-boarding of staff A wide range of other day to day general administrative tasks including updating organisational charts, group email addresses, business continuity plans, providing basic IT support Collaborating with other support staff to help form an efficient support team for the Fisheries New Zealand business unit Mou - About You To be successful in this role you will need excellent relationship management and communication skills.
Your ability to think ahead will give you confidence that you will successfully manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Your positive can-do attitude, growth mind-set and ability to change gears in response to the ebb and flow of work will ensure you always remain across the work of a busy business unit.
