A mid-sized regional construction company working in the commercial, aged care, low rise, interiors and industrial space is viewed by several as reliable and a trusted main contractor. They are known in the industry for staffing their jobs with the right people, treating their subbies with respect, paying them on time and employing smart people creating a reasonable work/life balance for their site staff.They build generally across $500k-$30m across new build offices, warehouses, childcare, industrial units, aged care facilities and accompanying fitouts.Position OverviewThis is a key role in their New Plymouth office with a focus on managing the tendering and estimating tasks of the construction process from start to completion.
